What is the shipping cost?
As a thank you for your order, we would like to offer free shipping on your order. Shipping is on us!
What countries do we ship to?
Currently, we ship to Canada and the United States. If you live outside of Canada or the Untied States and would like to order from our store, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your inquiry.

What are the shipping times?
Our estimated shipping time is 7-14 business days. Orders may be delayed due to Covid and can be delayed during statuary holidays.
Is there express shipping?
Yes! We do offer express shipping, however this is dependent on the order. If you would like to have shipping within 3-7 business days please reach out to email@example.com with your order and we can give you a quote for express shipping.
Do you offer package tracking?
Yes, we offer tracking on your order. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Need to make a return?
We pride ourselves on delivering the best customer service. If you're not satisfied with your Anchor Hanger order we'll gladly help to make things right. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
How long is the return window?
Anchor Hanger accepts returns within 15 days of order delivery. We do not accept returns after 15 days. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your items of any damaged or wrong items received, so we can mark your order for refund and prepare shipping label for you.
When do you get your refund?
Once we receive your returned order, we will promptly issue a refund back to your original form of payment. After we issue your refund the processing time for you to receive your refund will depend on your banks processing time
All items except for swimwear and bodysuits are returnable.
Can I make an Exchange if the size is too small or too big?

What's the exchange process?
Once you email us letting us know that you need to make an exchange and what size you need to exchange to, we can start the exchange process. You will need to ship your order to our returns centre using our return labels. Once we have your order, we can issue an exchange for you. You only pay for shipping on your exchange item.
